We ran a dinner with a difference with the youth. Basically, I chose one person at random to be 'rich' and have a huge roast chicken meal, with every kind of trimming imaginable; two other people to 'have enough' (pizza and coke); and all the rest had gluggy rice. For the last four Sunday evenings I have done a 'Compassion Spot' as part of our church service. During the Compassion spot I shared facts about children living in poverty and encouraged church members to think about what more they can do to help. On Saturday the 21st of August I undertook training with with Lil in the Sydney office. I completed modules 2,3 and 4. It was such a great day and so worth doing.
