There are many ways you can become involved in helping to release more and more children from poverty in Jesus' name and impacting their lives for eternity.

It's not enough to just know a lot about poverty. As God's family, we are called to do something about it.

Here are a whole bunch of practical ways that you can make a difference for children in poverty around the world. So what are you waiting for?

• Pray - Become a prayer warrior on behalf of children in poverty. You can also pray for Compassion's countries in crisis.

• Educate yourself - Arm yourself with the arsenal of relevant information and statistics you need to speak knowledgeably about children in poverty.

• Promote - Promote Compassion on your website, on your social media site, at your church or even through your business.

• Join Compassion's Child Advocate Network - Become a part of a grassroots movement of people taking action to seek justice and life for children in poverty.

• Fundraise - Consider fundraising for Compassion through our partners Everyday Hero and Go Fundraise.

• Volunteer - Become a friend of Compassion, we're always in need of ethusiastic volunteers to help us carry out various tasks in our Australan offices.
