LEARNING COACH
- Based in Newcastle NSW

In response to God’s calling and in the power of the Holy Spirit the Learning Coach works as part of the Strategy and Tactics team to partner with Area Teams and ensure that all current operations and new initiatives are appropriately supported by training and development.
The successful candidate will be an active Christian with a heart for the poor, who is humble and teachable, and has:
- Exemplary communication, presentation, facilitation and coaching skills
- Demonstrated ability to use influence to build consensus and trust across nationally dispersed teams or business units
- Ability to partner with teams and individuals to identify learning needs, develop and deliver appropriate solutions and monitor outcomes
- Tertiary qualification in Adult Education, Business, Management or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of adult education principles and practices
- A proven track record in developing and implementing successful training programs
- Experience in delivering presentations to varied audiences

RELATIONSHIP ADMINISTRATOR
- Based in Box Hill VIC

In response to God’s calling and in the power of the Holy Spirit the Relationship Administrator is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient administration of various activities designed to support the Area Manager and Relationship Managers in order to maximise Compassion Australia’s profile, influence and impact within the Area.
The successful applicant will be an active Christian with a heart for the poor, who is humble and teachable, and has:
- A proven track record of providing wide ranging administrative support to a cross-functional team
- Exemplary administrative skills, including outstanding attention to detail
- Exemplary communication skills, including the ability to communicate via phone and email with people from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of business principles and processes, including records and budget management
- Knowledge of Work Health and Safety regulations and requirements

RELATIONSHIP MANAGER: CENTRAL

Compassion Australia is part of a global ministry that seeks to release children from poverty in Jesus’ name. As a Relationship Manager you will work as part of an Area team to build and manage relationships with a range of groups including churches, advocates and donors that will increase Compassion’s profile, influence and impact.
The successful candidate will be an active Christian with a heart for the poor, who is humble and teachable, and has:
- A demonstrated capacity to build the influence and impact of an organisation by developing and managing relationships with external stakeholders
- Exemplary interpersonal skills, including the ability to network with people of diverse ages and backgrounds
- Well-developed administrative skills
- Knowledge of the Australian local church context
- Knowledge of global poverty and development
- Tertiary qualifications in Sales, Marketing, Communication or equivalent experience
- Experience publically representing an organisation
