Child Visit - administration fee

Visiting your sponsored child—finally meeting them face-to-face and having the chance to see firsthand everything they’ve talked about in their letters—is a memorable and often life-changing experience.

We know that the experience of meeting your sponsored child will have life-changing value for both of you—but we also know you’ll agree that every possible dollar of your sponsorship donations should go toward our child development programs. That’s why we ask that you contribute a $100 non-refundable administration fee for each country you visit to help meet the costs of organising your trip. This administration charge is a flat fee, regardless of which country you are travelling to, how many sponsored children you are visiting in the country and the number of visitors who will accompany you.

$

Once you have completed your visit request form and visit agreement form, our Travel Services team will contact you to issue you with a visit number and request your administration fee. To make this contribution, please enter your fee amount in the ‘Amount’ field eg. $100 if you are visiting sponsored children in one country, or $200 if you are visiting sponsored children in two different countries. Once you have filled in the ‘Amount’ field, you will be directed to the ‘My Details’ page—please enter your contact details and supporter information, including visit number in the first name field (e.g. “John V12345”). This is essential to ensure your contribution is correctly directed to your visit.

If you have any questions, or if you’d like to make your contribution over the phone, please call 1300 22 44 53. Cheques can also be made payable to Compassion Australia.

Thank you

Thank you for your feedback. One of our team will respond to you within 2 working days. Thank you for your patience and for partnering with Compassion to release children from poverty in Jesus name.
