Customer Experience Director
Compassion Australia, a holistic child development organisation is seeking a Customer Experience Director to ensure that Compassion’s people, products, processes and culture are optimised across all touch points and channels, so that our supporters are fully engaged and become “raving fans” and enduring advocates for our work.
The successful candidate will have at least five years experience in a process/project management or customer service/experience role. They will have the ability to lead change across organisational boundaries through influence and character, to think laterally and creatively, and possess strong analytical skills.

Advocacy Integration & Education Manager
Commencing in October 2008 and reporting to the National Director of Child Advocacy, the Advocacy Integration & Education Manager will champion child advocacy initiatives and outcomes throughout the organisation and to its existing supporter and partner base. The role will represent the department cross-functionally, as well as develop and deliver child advocacy campaigns and training.
The successful applicant will be an active Christian with a heart for the poor, who is humble and teachable, and has:
- Qualifications in international development, child development and/or marketing, or equivalent experience
- Marketing and/or campaign development experience
- Strong competency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet Explorer
- Outstanding interpersonal and relational skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Software Developer
Reporting to the Lead Software Developer and as part of a team, the Software Developer will develop and maintain technology solutions for business challenges as directed.
The successful applicant will be an active Christian with a heart for the poor, who is humble and teachable, and has:
- Experience in development of data-driven enterprise applications
- Demonstrated advanced skills in .NET, ASP.NET, HTML, XML, XSL
- UML and System architecture design
- The ability to work in a team environment, using collaboration tools such as version control, bug trackers, blogs and wiki’s
- A strong knowledge of Software Engineering principles, patterns and techniques

Executive Assistant to the Executive Director: Child Advocacy
We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to the Executive Director-Child Advocacy. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative and functional assistance to the Executive Director-Child Advocacy to ensure the smooth operation, growth, development and effectiveness of the Child Advocacy Department, and the most effective and strategic use of the Executive Director’s time and abilities.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated success and high level expertise as an executive assistant, office manager or personal assistant, and have the ability to maintain strictest confidences and show impeccable discernment when handling sensitive documents, communications or information. They will be self-directed; and able to operate with minimal supervision and remain highly productive.
