Compassion has contacted me to say I missed a contribution. What has happened?

If Compassion is unable to process your usual automatic contribution payment, we will contact you to let you know. There are a number of reasons why your automatic payment might be missed:

  • Your credit card may have expired
  • You may have a new credit card
  • Your credit card may have been stolen or lost
  • There may be insufficient funds in your account

To catch-up your missed contribution in part or in full, simply log in to My Account and click on the 'Contributions' tab. You can also update your details for future contributions if necessary.
