4 Children in the Developing World Share Why They're Thankful
When life gets busy and things are difficult, it can be easy to forget to be thankful. Four cuties from a Compassion centre in Colombia share with us the things they’re thankful for and remind us of the goodness of God. “Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever.”—Psalm 107:1

I am thankful to God because He gives me the food, the shoes, and the clothes I need; because He loves us. I am grateful to my tutors at the child development centre because they guide me. They help me do my homework and help me whenever I feel alone.
I am thankful to God because He gives me life and health. I am thankful to my Compassion sponsors because they send me many letters and gifts. I am thankful to my parents because they are bringing me up to be a good child, not a bad one.
I am thankful to God because He brought my family to life. I am grateful to my parents because they are bringing me up with love, and take care of me and my siblings. I am grateful to the tutors at the child development centre because they bring good development in me.
I thank God because He gave me life, intelligence, and helps me at school. I thank the child development centre because they helped me continue another year at school.
