How to write
Kids love letters! Letters are special because they are often the only physical objects that connect your child with you, their sponsor. But where do you start? It can be hard to know what to say to someone who lives half way around the world and whom you’ve never had the chance to meet face-to-face.
That’s why we’ve come up with the GREAT sample letter:

Here's an example:
Dear Enjew,
I received your letter this week and I was so excited to hear from you. I am so glad that you and your family are doing well.
My son, Josh loves soccer like you do. Josh plays soccer most Saturdays. It is his favourite sport as well.
We pray that you are learning much at school, and when you go to church. We go to church every Sunday to learn and hear about God.
When you grow up what would you like to be? I’m a school teacher and I teach children about maths, English and art.
It’s summer here in Australia at the moment. So the days are beautiful and sunny. Sometimes we like to go for a swim to cool off.
We are thinking and praying for you. Much love,
Kylie, Andrew and Josh
