    Compassion Australia is part of a global ministry that seeks to release children from poverty in Jesus’ name. As a Relationship Manager you will work as part of an Area team to build and manage relationships with a range of groups including churches, advocates and donors that will increase Compassion’s profile, influence and impact.
     
    The successful candidate will be an active Christian with a heart for the poor, who is humble and teachable, and has:
    •           A demonstrated capacity to build the influence and impact of an organisation by developing and managing relationships with external stakeholders
    •           Exemplary interpersonal skills, including the ability to network with people of diverse ages and backgrounds
    •           Well-developed administrative skills
    •           Knowledge of the Australian local church context
    •           Knowledge of global poverty and development
    •           Tertiary qualifications in Sales, Marketing, Communication or equivalent experience
    •           Experience publically representing an organisation

    We are looking for a highly competent administrator who would enjoy being part of a vibrant team, assisting with building and supporting relationships with advocates, donors and church leaders.

    The Relationship Facilitator will be responsible for arranging appointments for Relationship manager as well as ensuring the effective and efficient administration of various activities designed to support the Area Manager and Relationship Managers in order to maximise Compassion Australia’s profile, influence and impact within the Area.

    The successful applicant will be an active Christian with a heart for the poor, who is humble and teachable, and has:

    • A proven track record of providing wide ranging administrative support to a cross-functional team
    • A proven track record of setting and implementing a cold calling strategy.
    • Exemplary administrative skills, including outstanding attention to detail
    • Exemplary communication skills, including the ability to communicate via phone and email with advocates, donors, church leaders and people from diverse backgrounds
    • Knowledge of business principles and processes, including records and budget management
