• Do the Gifts of Compassion gifts really cost what I am paying for them?

  The gifts featured in the Gifts of Compassion represent initiatives Compassion carries out to address the needs of children that require support beyond sponsorship. As each country and community in the developing world has its own unique challenges to address, what these initiatives look like and how much they cost can vary. This means your donation will be pooled with others to fund an initiative.

• Can the recipient print the Gifts of Compassion e-card?

  Absolutely! There will be a download button within the email so your recipient can download the e-card and print it, if they wish.

• Will the recipient of a Gifts of Compassion e-card receive marketing materials from Compassion?

  Providing Compassion with your gift recipient’s email address does not opt them into receiving marketing materials from Compassion.

• What is a Gifts of Compassion e-card?

  An e-card is a digital version of our print Gifts of Compassion cards, sent by our system to your recipient’s email address. The recipient will also have the option to download the card.

• How will I know when the recipient has received the email with their Gifts of Compassion e-card?

  You will receive email confirmation once your e-card has been delivered.
