Compassion has contacted me to say I missed a contribution. What has happened?
If Compassion is unable to process your usual automatic contribution payment, we will contact you to let you know. There are a number of reasons why your automatic payment might be missed:
- Your credit card may have expired
- You may have a new credit card or bank account
- Your credit card may have been stolen or lost
- There may be insufficient funds in your account
To catch-up your missed contribution in part or in full, simply log in to My Account and click on the three horizontal bars in the top-right corner, then click 'Account Settings' to bring up the financial menu, from which you can catch up and update your details for future contributions if necessary.
You can:
- Log in to My Account
- Create a new My Account
- Contact us to discuss your missed contribution
