How do I update my financial details?
The best way to update your financial details is through your My Acount. This allows you to easily change or update your payment details, even across multiple methods or sponsorships.
How do I update my credit or debit card details?
- Login to your My Account.
- Go to your Account Settings. You will find this by clicking the menu item in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
- Select ‘Settings’.
- Select ‘Payment Methods’ and enter your credit or debit card details.
- If you would like all ongoing contributions to come from this account, tick ‘use these details for future payments’.
How do I update my BSB and account details?
- Login to your My Account.
- Go to your Account Settings. You will find this by clicking the menu item in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
- Select ‘Settings’.
- Select ‘Payment Methods’ and ‘Add Payment Method’ in the column on the right-hand side.
- Select ‘Credit Card’ or ‘Bank Account’ and enter your bank account details.
- If you would like all ongoing contributions to come from this account, tick the check boxes at the bottom. Click ‘Confirm’ to move to the next page.
