What are the expectations of me on a Compassion trip?

To ensure the safety and protection of local children and youth, families, and communities, all travellers will be expected to provide a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) or police check and will need to agree to Compassion’s Code of Conduct.

To maximise the experience for you and your fellow travellers, we ask that you engage in all group activities and participate fully in briefing sessions as you prepare to go, travel, and debrief from your time overseas.

All trips will be led by a trained Compassion Australia Trip Leader and we’ll ask you to follow their guidance and instructions throughout your trip.

Still need support?

We'd love to chat with you.
