Does Compassion Australia have an overseas call centre?
Compassion Australia continues to operate a local contact centre. Our friendly team are based across Australia and are dedicated to serving the needs of our supporters via phone, email or mail.
In 2022, we were delighted to expand our contact centre and welcome a complementary team from the Philippines, one of our program countries. This exciting initiative will provide former participants in Compassion’s Child Sponsorship Program with stable employment and valuable experience in customer service. Our supporters will benefit from the opportunity to speak firsthand with someone who has been part of Compassion’s programs.
Because of our increased capacity, we will be able to help our supporters more efficiently and at more convenient times. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
